Terms and Conditions  

• In  making a booking you agree to our terms and conditions and make a contract with us.
• Payment is to be made in full at time of booking. 
• Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, an alternative date will be offered, or a full refund given.
• Cancellations: If you cancel we reserve the right to keep full payment for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to your visit, “no shows” or stays cut short. Prior to 7 days  we will try to relet and refund you all bar the first night. 
• We recommend that you consider holiday insurance.
